Quote of the Day

I am totally borrowing this idea from our good friend, The Red Headed Howler.

I am in a period of my life where my brain is absorbing every little piece of information possible. I am starting to talk more and more and beginning to phrase my words into sentences. I am still trying to figure out the meaning to each word or phrase and as a result I have been saying some pretty funny things. Here is my attempt to present the very best "Quotes of the Day".

Me (alone, lying on my mattress for my nap for about 10 minutes and hiding under my blankets)

"Tia, are you?"

"Tia, are you?"

"Tia, are you?..."

Yes, I now refer to Mom as Tia. I must have picked it up while MiMa was in town as she was the only one calling Mom by her name. Oh and by the way, Mom was at work.

SDS alternates between Amy and Mommy. Luckily they sound similar enough, but I'm definitely into being a "Mommy" now and a friend later. . .

Ha! Hooray for Quotes of the Day. Eleanor also went through a "Molly" phase, I think she picked it up from music class. She switched back over now though and even occasionally shortens it to just "Ma", which I find hilarious.

So the question remains...Tia...Are you? Do we get a qoute of the day from Mama Tia?
Love to all of you, and plenty of play in the snow :)
